I'm still having problems with LR4 automatically cropping my pictures. I tried changing formats with my Sony RX 100 ii to no avail. I download with Picasa (I never cared for PSE Organizer and LR4 will not acknowledge Sony's .ARW raw files.) I then convert to DMG using Adobe DMG converter. I then import them into LR4 only to discover that I have lost 600 pixels on the short side of the negative. Lightroom insists I have a 20 megapixel image but a quick bit of calculation shows only about 17. The actual image is 5504 x 3672 the lightroom image is only 5472 x 3080. When I convert in Zoner Photo the size remains accurate and saving it into a tiff and the opening it in PSE 12 or LR4 produces the same cropped results. BTW PSE 12 does recognize the arw files.
Anybody know what gives? The "contact us" link in Adobe Help seems to be broken. (hmmm
