Agreeing with Rob, and emphasis on "be specific". You haven't given us a single detail that can help us diagnose what is going on. There's no way we can help you if all you tell us is it doesn't work

What drive letter or drive name are the photos stored on?
What drive letter or drive name does Lightroom think the photos are stored on?
